Not chrome, they are wheel covers. Looks like one side has them, the other side is missing them.

Boyd Mooney and I went and examined this Kingsley today. It isn't all that
bad. Yep, simulators on right and none on left, 16.5s. Last registered in
'09. bare cardboard in ceiling, but cabinets in really good shape. No
particle board flaking apart. 48K miles showing. It's real nasty but all
there. Bags look decent. Preferable Zip Dee awning. Mildew would
probably clean up easily. Carpet and headliner needed. Frame looks good.
I'll post photos soon. I wouldn't go over $1.5k on it though.

It looks like one I looked in College Station last year? That guy was asking for WAY too much (over 10 grand) and he was an older guy (in his 80's).
