I did some work that required removing the driver and passenger bucket seats.

I know some of our suppliers sell a replacement for the vinyl under the brake pedal, but I’m interested in other options.

Is there something I can put in there and use a heat gun to set the shape?

What have you done to take care of that area?

Thanks.

Dolph,
The amount of time that you would spend to try an make an new footwell that would work and be durable if you could is not worth it. For less than $90 + S&H you have the new footwell and you move on to other items that need to be done. Making a part to going into to your coach is good but this is not one of them. JMHO!

When I recarpeted the cockpit area, I went ahead and ran the carpet up into that area. Took a little bit of cutting and some 3M spray adhesive but I was able to shape and stick the carpet down into the foot well. After 6 years, it still looks good. I got an inexpensive small rubber mat from Wal-Mart to put down to protect the carpet where my heel tends to dig in when my foot is on the accelerator pedal.

Thanks, Randy - the carpeting might be a great idea.

I’m thinking some non-woven (like the used to use in trunks, and on speaker cabinets).
