Dorman # 03609 Speedi-Boot. I got mine at O'Reilly's. Probably get it from any of the auto parts stores, except NAPA. Cost is less than $20. Should have enough change to buy a senior coffee at McD's.
Although I would hate to do the change over along side the road, I think it would be a good addition to spares on board the coach. I'm going to get another one, just for that reason.
The fit of the boot is exact duplicate of the original, with a few more folds. May resist tearing better. Material seems more flexible. The tiny bolts and nuts are a bit difficult to deal with, nut size is 1/4". I used a small open end wrench to hold it, socket would not fit in the space available. You also need a #1 sized Philip screwdriver to turn the bolt. The instructions say to grease the bolts to ease installation. Without greasing the bolt, I was unable to overcome the friction between the rubber hole and the bolt. You also need to have an awl or small nail to make sure the molded holes go all the way through the rubber flange.
The package includes a packet of CV grease, enough to do the job. I used brake free degreaser to clean out the old grease, as recommended by the instructions. You might get a package of the thin nitrate gloves, the grease is very messy and sticks to everything.
Banding material, for both ends, is included in the package. It will not be enough to double-band the big end, but will clamp it on tight.
I removed the front wheel, really makes the job easier. Also had the wheel well liner out and removed the oil filter. Turns out, neither of these two removals were necessary.
Now, back to the headliner job.
Hope this helps someone.
