I received this ad today and thought it was a good idea. The price seems right I don't know if this is a new product or not. Does anyone have a thought on these pro or con

Jim,

They are not new, but I never had an application for one.
They are a Carling part, and they have been a pretty good supplier.

Before I retired, we had low voltage track lights throughout the complex which used a bat handle version of these on thee 12V side of the supply. Never had a [problem with them. It save an extra bit of worry and one item in the circuit.
