G'day,
It's been almost a year since I sent this info so I decided to see if it still worked.
As it turned out Pay Pal has changed the procedure and here's the way it works now.
1) Log into your Pay Pal account
2) Click on Pay or Send Money
3) Click Send Money to Family or Friends
4) Enter the email address or mobile phone number of the person you want to send money to
5) Fill in the amount
6) Click on Next
7) The account you're going to use to pay will appear with a fee of $0.00 if it is a bank account or Pay Pal balance
8) If you like you can add a note in the "Add a Note" field
9) Click on Send
10) A new window will open noting "You have sent $00.00 to J, Doe"
11) Log out and run a program that will clean out all the caches on your PC
