T'was the night before Christmas and under the tarp
The GMC was hidden, not looking to sharp.
It still needed painting and some new window seals
but felt quite proud on its new set of wheels.

The springtime would surely bring more fixing up
As I get back to work with tools and coffee cup.
The engine is tuned, the brakes have been done
It sits in the cold anticipating a run.

The battery sits with the trickle charge on
The motorhome sits awaiting the dawn
I hope that good Santa brings lots of new toys
To all of you owners, both girls and boys.

So with this little ditty I bid you the best
Keep the wheels rotating and the enjoy holiday fest.
Eat lots of good food and enjoy family
Just don't let your pets pull down that big tree!

Cheers from Victoria, B.C. Bob and Susan Wright
