90-96 Lumina APV, Olds Silhouette, Pontiac Transport arms should all be the
same.
Keep the knurled knob from the OEM wiper arms. Use a reamer (such as a
large step drill from HF) to ream the arm to match the taper. Ream only
deep enough to leave 1/32" or so of the knob protruding. Put the arm in
place on the coach then maintain that exact orientation of the knob to arm
while clamping them in a vice (with smooth jaws). Clamping the knob into
the arm in that way will ensure that the arm and knob serrations match and
are well engaged.
You'll need a SS washer or two on top of the arm to compensate for the
thinner Lumina arms.

I believe only the drivers side wiper arm is the one that works off these vehicles.

You're correct; I should have mentioned that.
Probably should also mention that a 14mm (or maybe 15mm?) wrench will be
necessary to remove the nut from the donor. And either a good prybar or,
preferably, a small gear puller will likely be needed to pull the arm from
the donor shaft.

They make the coach look better on the outside, but to me, looked funny from the cockpit. JMHO.

Although this mod looks great you will find that the arm stiffness is definitely less than the originals. This can cause vibration and shuddering of the wipers if the glass is semi wet. If I had it to do again, I'd stick with the orignal arms.

Bob,
I've noticed at high speed the driver side wiper is "pushed" by the "wind" and if it's adjusted a bit to far counter clockwise (as
sitting in the driver seat) to the left it will lift and the sweep clockwise won't clean as well.
