Quick question, what is the pressure range of operation for the the quad air bag setup? I'm working on a new control system and wanted to know what limits I should control.
thanks in advance for your input

To answer -- you need to tell what brand 4 bag system.

The quad bag system air pressures run under 100 psi. I still feel I want
more air than is needed, we regulate the system to 110 on and 145 off.
This way no matter how much pressure is in the bag your supply air will
always have air available. In the case of an original bag with the
original 80/120 regulator, you can get caught needing more pressure but you
are not down to 80. For any system I feel 110 on/ 145 off is a good
pressure. In the case of the older 4 bag system with it's nominal 135psi
needs, you could still get caught in the bucked even with 110/145-- in
those cases I put 145on/ 195 off but you need to have a fresh compressor
for that. An original V2 unit will not work.
