What size butyle tape to use to put window into a frame? Thickness and width? Thanks Dave.

Most use 1/2” width and 1/8” thick. It is usually available from 1/4” width to 3/4” width and 1/16” thick to 1/4” thick.

Are you thinking of mounting the window glass into the window frame or the window frame to the body ?

I was advised to use 5/64 thick x 1 1/2" wide butyle tape on my -73 for mounting the glass to the frame.
