The screen on my 78 Kingsley is ripping and needs rescreening. The rubber bead is much smaller than what is used for house screens, is this available somewhere or do I reuse old bead. Any useful tips would be much appreciated. Once again thank you for your help.

Bill,

Screen beading comes in many sizes. I rescreened all of mine about 6 years ago.
Any good ACE Hardware store that advertises that they repair screens will have it.
The big box stores might not stock it if they can't sell enough of your size.
In an afternoon I redid all of mine. If you use nylon screen use a nylon roller.
If you used aluminum screen use an aluminum roller. I recommend using nylon. I even
used the heavy "pet" screen but it is a bear to work with.

It will help to take a scape sample of your existing beading with you.
