Good evening.

I noticed that several of the bushings on the end of the front sway bar are cracked. I have a set of replacement urethane bushings that I want to install tomorrow. Is there any trick to getting them installed correctly? It appears to be as simple as removing the bolt and replacing it along with the new bushings. Is there anything I need to be aware of when removing and replacing? Is there a specific torque I need to tighten the bolt to?

Thanks.

Bob

Put it back together in the same order, tighten till there is a little plumpness to the bushings when rig sitting on its wheels. (Stabilizer end link bushings)

Thanks Sully!

I can't believe I forgot what the bar was called. I actually knew what it was at one time as I ordered the right bushings for it!

It's called both Bob I just wasn't certain whether you were talking about the frame mounts or the ends.

The parts on the front cross member are bushings. The parts that connect to
the lower control arms are called link assemblies, or links.
