There were several aftermarket outfitters who installed custom interiors. I usually find the chassis electricalsystems original ib a similar position to iriginal. Those systems were put in by GM then the outfiter would build ariund them. Air ride system is usually GM design.
Kinda fun working with them, you get to see andcappreciate more of what GM did. Many times the aftermarket stuff is not to the standard as the rest of the build. Doctors office, drug testing rig, mobile post office like mine, got one set up for the USAF as a repearer microwave station, radio station, mobile recording studio, gourmet food truck, man they did all kinds of things to include the Hess training stations. Oh yea, anyone wanna buy an ALS neonatal ambulance for $6000? There are all kinds of cool machines out there

The air lines have been cut also going into the left rear wheel well. I wonder if the compressor is under the hood or was removed with the interior
furnishings? I can see on the floor there were some shallow cabinets around the wheel wells. Looks to be some water damage at the back end.
