Our son took our Royale for his first long solo, about 1000 mile round trip to Santa Cruz, CA. He had a great time but managed to "find" a low post pulling into a remote RV spot at dusk and tore the Ragusa step off. Minor damage to the lower door and fender that I can repair, but the Ragusa mounts physically broke. I need a replacement so though I would ask here first before buying a new one.

I welded mine years ago. Raugsa did like that welding idea so they also sent me another one at a reduced rate. I kept it for a few years and sold it off to someone else. Call Ragusa, tell them you broke yours, and see what they say.

When mine hit a rock and broke a casting I told Ragusa what happened and they told me they would sell me one at a discount.
