I'm trying (without success) to find the mod so that the blower motor doesn't run anytime the ignition is on. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks - Dave

Sir: open the drivers outside hatch and look at the side of the heater box. There is a plug there. Unplug the connector and using a paper clip unlock the tab on the yellow wire and slide it out of the connector and tape it off as it will be hot when ignition is on. Plug the connector back up. I am in the process of installing the Ford aux vacuum pump and plan on using this yellow wire to go to the vacuum switch to power a relay for the pump.

IIRC, that's the low speed feed., I just bent the tab to the side. That way the blower isn't running in the lowest speed setting.
Yes, I know its not good to bend metal things... Smile

Another useful little trick for those with the 75/76 Max Air duct under the
dash, which forces the blower to Max when selected:

Running from the right to the left side of the HVAC control head, under the
instrument cowling, there's an orange wire. Unplug that wire and you'll
regain full speed control of the blower motor.

I would never defeat the always on blower in my coach. It gives you positve pressure freash air when the engine is producing CO.
