Ok, so I finished my black tank install today. It turned out real nice. Now I have discovered a fresh water leak, so I traced every pipe, fitting or joint I could find and everything was dry. Still fresh water dripping on the shop floor. I finally discovered another line and fitting but could not initially figure out where it went. I finally determined that it was the connection to the "City" fresh water connection. It is leaking both inside and outside of the fiberglass panel. Ok, should not be too difficult to cap that line and solve the leak. The City water connection on my rear bath royale is below the fresh water tank level, so it is the gravity from a nearly full fresh water tank that is leaking out the city water connection.

I have read that some just cap it off and have no city water connection and that they are notorious for leaking. I would prefer to fix it.

Here is where I need the advice. Rear bath Royale, you cannot get to that connection. It is behind the closet, behind the generator cabinet, below the closet, just can't get at it. It seems the city water connection is in a panel, behind a door, that is riveted to the fiberglass panel. I was about to drill the rivets out to get the access panel out and gain access to that connection. Is that a bad idea? Any other ideas?
