I bought the Onan carburetor rebuild kit from Applied GMC and, with the help of JimK's carburetor rebuilder (documented at: http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/g6660-onan-stuff.html) I very quickly and easily rebuilt my Onan carburetor - it really only took a few minutes. I installed it this morning and the Onan started right up and ran great - didn't even need any adjusting (I did try). Now for Gary Bovee's ignition kit - also available from Applied.

Glad you got the carb going Armand. Now make sure you fire it up every 4-5 weeks and let it run with the ac on. That should keep the carb cleaned out for you. I once had to clean out the carb in our Onan. Now I make sure to run the thing with a load on a regular basis. I let the one on my Kipor get clogged up and it was a real booger to clean that one.
Now, you will love the elec ignition from Applied. With the primer button and the electronic ignition, our Onan fires up like a new one every time. Good choice on upgrades.
