Just connected (at 2:45 AM!) and saw these messages...
I don't think the email list is having any major issues (as evidenced by these messages coming though). The web forum is another issue - it does appear to be having continued problems. I suspect that most users prefer to use the forum interface and in that situation - the email list only gets what is sent to it...
When I looked at the email list late last week (the inspection triggered by an odd lack of activity) - I found no issues on the email side at that time either.
