And just wonder if you would tell us how the COOP trims out the window? I'm in the midst of having to resolve that exact thing myself.

When I redid my interior, I used similar plastic sheets for the inside panels rather than the covered board that GMC originally used. I found wetting in the McMaster-Carr catalog that simply slips over the exposed edge and gives a nice, finished edge around the window.
Search their catalog for 'push-on edge-trim rubber seals'. I think I used part number 1120A221., but they're available in many sizes depending on your panel thickness.
