Does anyone manufacture an off the shelf system for our motorhomes or is it head to the wrecking yard and see if one can be pieced together.

GMC'ers DO NOT go wrecking yards or junk yards for parts. We go to the "men's mall".

We have a kit that might work for you.
We can always supply componet parts as well.
Go to our web sight under Engine.
Cool air and a large filter with less pressure drop will get you
performance and mileage.
Our air filter element does not employ the antique method of K&N.
No oiling necessary.

I am looking at the black plastic plenum, will that fit my Holley Projection throttle body?

I have been running one of Jim's units, in the picture, on my Holley projection for ten years. You need to call them on phone so they can ask you appropriate questions.
