Because of my Husbands Health, I have to sell our GMC Motorhome and Chevy Tracker. The Motorhome is a l976 Birchaven 23' with rear bath and has approximately 48,000 original miles. It has had quite a few mechanical upgrades including a New Griffin Aluminum Radiator, Steel Lined Gas Line, Schreder Valves, Fuel Sender which can be accessed from inside the Coach, New Tires, spare air bags etc., and Runs Great. The Tracker which I towed behind - our last long trip being a couple of years ago to Louisiana, and it tows easily. Of course there has been a few shorter trips as well and I towed it everywhere.
I do not have a specific amount in mind, but I do know that I will never get out of it what I have spent - but we will never be able to use it again, and I don't want it to sit and deteriorate. If you know anyone looking for a 23', please have them contact me.

Mac,
That's a twin to my Birch. That couch/bed actually slides inward, then the
backrest cushion slides into the open space against the pax side wall to
make a full bed.

Gary,
I must have missed the specifics on this coach and a search of the archives
only shows the original message. Wassup? Where, how much - you know, the
usual.
This is identical to my Birch and my sister and bro in-law love it. Hmmm...

Hi, Yes, the Couch folds out to a Bed and there is also a Bunk that Can be fastened above the Couch if you need it. The Dinette also makes another bed.
