This being a JimK lovefest, I'll give him his due. My first purchase from Jim didn't work out quite as expected. After all was said and done I have to say that he went the extra mile to make this customer happy. Thank you Jim.

You guys don't know all there is to know about Jim K. Wait until you have a
real crisis in your life. This past year, Jim has been a lifeline that I
have used on many occasions. When I was feeling especially sad over the
loss of my 50 year bride, he was there to offer support and a voice in the
night when he should have been asleep. If it would not have been for the
GMC community, I don't know how I could have survived. It has been one year
today that Mary slipped the bondage of the pain and suffering that she
endured without complaint. Me and my remaining family were left to pick up
the pieces. Jim K., thanks don't cut it, but it is all I have to give.

Thank you all.
It takes 2 to make things happen.
So many of the GMCers are great that it becomes automatic for us to
help out and go the extra mile.
I say that silence is not golden when it comes to problems and short
commings from us.

No, No, No, NO!!! Just stop and think about what you're asking for:
First off, he'd be too busy in DC to answer our calls. Then he'd
become so enamored of flying around the world on AF One that he
wouldn't have time for shipping parts. And at least half of the
population of the country would have to hate his guts and complain
continuously about him -- it would be bad enough Del Monte would
probably quit canning tomatoes. Now, he's mostly right; then, he'd
always be wrong. Instead of the Great Ornamental, he'd become the
Great Satan. And on & on ... I think too highly of him to wish any
of that and more on him. Besides, do you REALLY want to have to
support him and his Secret Service detail for the rest of his life?
Let's all vote against him and keep him just as he is.

Now we know why JimK is moving his shop location, he needs a campaign headquarters.. and offices for him and Sec of State, Dan
He could use the Secret Service to change his oil but I think Jim would pull him out and go under and do it himself, what a job for the President to do.

I can see President JK's motorcade coming down Pennsylvania Ave. Jim K in
a twin turbo Caddy powered GMC flanked and followed by a half dozen or more
"Stripes" GMC assault vehicles...President Jim waving through the AC hole
in the roof.

I cannot stand to have people drive for me, so there goes that Idea.
We need to get rid of the speculators that are raising the price of petroleum.

Carl,
Did you order with Nick?
We have bunches here.
Since I paid for the track, I'll barrow it for Western States next
year and have a race. I'll need to get someone trained to run the
computer to manage the race.
Basically the computer forces you to run in each of the 4 lanes and
averages the time. That is how they determine the winner.
You'll find that as a rule the fastest time will be on the 2 inner
track as there is less of a dip to negotiate compared to the outside
where there is less support.
