Several of the snaps that hold my wheel and windshield covers are loose or missing. Is there a suggested way tighten them up? I assume I would have to drill them out and re-rivet them.

For the missing snaps, is there a source for them or can I buy them at a fabric store?

You should be able to find the snaps at a hardware store. I would re-attach them with Stainless Steel Rivets. When I installed my Guskie windshield cover, I had to buy a pop rivet gun with a 'snout' on it in order to get it in the snap. They are all nice and tight. If you find that the holes are wallowed out, you might have to fill them with epoxy and re-drill them.

Go to West Marine and look at their stainless marine snaps. No rust is a very attractive option, plus they are made for a rougher environment than run of the mill from the sewing store.
