Brand. Care free was a major player for awnings 40 years ago. The factory was located in Colorado at that time.

Yes, Carefree of Colorado. I got in a hurry. That is the brand name. I am not thinking AppliedGMC handles this brand so if you need parts, I found PPL to be a good source. I bought material from them last year for 187.50 plus 9.95 shipping. I checked with Jim before I bought it and he did not fool with this brand then. He might now but think he is a Zip Dee dealer.
This thing can be contrary locking in place for travel sometimes.

I had on my 71 Winnebago chieftain back in the day . I had trouble with it locking in place at times what I did to be sure it wouldn't open out when in travel was too wrap each arm with Velcro .
