Finally gave in and moved the OLP to a new group.
Has all the bells & whistles (Backups,unlimited this , unlimited that/etc).
I will still be enhancing it and being the point of contact for now..
All existing data (Userid/pwds/etc) will stay the same..

Just FYI, While in the feedback part of your DB, I got this error message.
Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'
The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.
