Jim Bounds at GMC Coop in Orlando, FL, has done more of these than all the rest of us combined. A call to him would be my starting point.

Does anyone know how to (and how difficult) take apart the cockpit side windows to replace the rubber seals between the actual glass panes and the metal framework? I have some leaking around the upper glass on both sides and the rubber seal is shrinking and pulling out of the frame. I could cut away the exposed seal and silicon around the glass but I would prefer to fix it right the first time if its possible.
Thanks in advance for any pearls of wisdom!

Rick
