Today we emptied the house. So now we only have Olga
The missis is having a hard time finding space for all the clothes, food and cleaning stuff. And I find it hard to find a place for all the tools and spare parts
There alwAys is a next last hand and one more
Missis says I have to cut the lawn tomorrow darn
Still have to do electrics to the new macerator
Monday noon comes the new houseowner and off we are
Wish us luck

Appie,
I sure hope we hear from you about the wonderful sights you see and everything else good. I think you have the very best chance to have a great experience. I know the feeling to finally get on the road up to speed, everything checked out, motorhome humming along, no problems evidenced, and you experience the great view where even traffic just isn't so bad. It feels great and free to do that. In addition, you can post to the forum in real time as you don't have the home to worry about, either in your absence. Enjoy cutting that grass for the last time. You won't have to pack the lawn mower!
Best,

Appie,
I would suggest you and your missus keep track of what you use and don't use as I'm sure you'll wind up paring down what you carry.
Helen and I bought the minimum amount of "stuff" to carry in the GMC at first and have added as we found we NEEDED something.
We carry a heap of spares that "normal" GMCer's would not need to carry; the reason we carry them is because when we come to the USA
we're on somewhat of a fixed time table, if a part fails I want to be able to R&R it IMMEDIATELY and not have to wait around to have
it shipped to me.
