In the Maintenance Manual X7425 on page 24L3 it says that the holding tank is made of polypropylene and it gives instructions for mending it.
In Maintenance Manual X7525 it says the same on page 24J7.

It is difficult to tell the difference between polyethylene and polypropylene with a flame test. The flame colors are similar.
If you scratch the surface, polyethylene is softer and will scratch easily. Polypropylene is harder and does not scratch as easily.

Any holding tanks that I have looked at over the years have all been polypropylene.
