Considering what they say it needs, the price is a little high, but it is the 23 footer. Maybe it will come down in a few days if it doesn't sell. Anybody know the owner?

Not too bad considering a rebuilt engine and tranny. I have a 76 Birchaven so I'm not interested, but if I was this would be a contender. But not for $11k.
