Hmmm, is that 4 broken or bent pushrods in the last few months?
How many does it take to be an epidemic?

What could be causing them too bend? Are they original push rods and not an inferior substitute ? Are the springs stiffer then stock? I doubt you are experience ing valve float at the low rpm we run. Does the engine backfire badly before they bend? Are the rockers and stanchions stock? Did you check the lifter preload to be sure there is no binding? Higher strength push rods can be bought from places like Summit but the stock ones should be fine. Just a few things I can think of that could cause a bent push rod besides sticking valves.

Water in the fuel or getting in the carb. Water will bend a pushrod!
