Hi

I am about to install a Manny one ton front end along with a set of Peter Huber's torsion bars. My question is what is the approximate starting point when I install the new bars. My old bars adjustment screws are bottomed out the pork chops will not rotate anymore they are touching the top of the frame.

On my Manny 1 Ton with New TB's that we did @ Bean Station I set the adjusting bolt so that half the threads were screwed into the porkchop adjustment screw "holding nut". You want to do more and then adjust the coach down after a test ride or two.

Thanks George
That's the answer I was looking for. Just a ballpark starting point
