Our '75 Palm Beach had a permanent bed in the back which I wanted to replace with seats. Found a GMC'er who sold me original seats which I'm having reupholstered. Decided last week to tear out bed and see what I had to do to get new seats installed. Miracle of miracle, all the original hardware was there and new seats will install with four bolts in about five minutes!

This has caused us to decide to redo all the upholstery through out the coach. Found a very competent lady re-upholsterer, she directed me to a place with very reasonable material prices, and I think I can get everything done for less than $2000, including all new foam.

I love it when a plan all comes together! Smile

Well, they are costing me more than originally planned because now my wife wants to do the whole coach. Always happens, doesn't it. Smile
