Good morning, all;
Greetings from Cedar Key Fl, home of a little fishing and tourist area on the gulf coast.
the new Mac dash is working well and it's nice to have some modern gauges after having only the stock ones save for an add-on tach and vacuum gauge.
the comments last week were correct, the new dash is slightly taller than the original, but poses no noticeable obstruction.
Temps have been in the low 90's the past couple of days so the a/c was working hard keeping us northerners cool enough not to melt on the trip here. was getting some squealing from the drive belt on occasion so thought i'd check it out this morning after everything had cooled down.
checked it this morning and its looking the worse for wear. Can someone provide the dimensions/part no. for the a/c belt for a '74 coach? I can't beleive it, but I can't find my 'MI parts interchange book in the coach! shouldn't have left that behind.
thanks in advance,
Scott

Scott,
Two things I always carry as hard copy are the Black List and the interchange.
Dayco/NAPA 15620
Goodyear 15634
Kelly/Springfield 15620 11AV1575
Gates 7619
If you can't find one or cross from one of those, there are a few more that same source listings, but be careful with any cross as many manufactures list crosses that are flat assed Wrong. And, with the width stuff this is even more common.
Good Luck

Scott,
Be sure you check those belts with the 11mm wrench. If they flunk, go to
AutoZone to get a Duralast 17620 and try that -- we had good luck here last
week replacing a 15560 with a 17560.
