Hi all

We have started to install the rear access door to enable us to get this coach registered here in Australia

so far we have removed the window the night stand and the internal lining of the back cap

we have cut an opening approximately 675mm parallel with the strengthening ribs inside the rear cap.

we are making the door frame out of 50mm x 50mm box steel for the botttom section and 25mm x 50 mm box steel for the top section

hinges were sourced from a mitsubishi pajero and new tangs welded on

we have it dummied up and opening at the moment but work as stopped as my metal guy mate has to fly to perth for the next 3 weeks for work

just thought i would post some photos so you can see some action
