My Onan is running great now that I have the correct plugs in it. And I've had no oil consumption issues. I have used the Pertronix system on another Onan. I really liked it until it quit on me. I'm not saying that their bad. It's just a case of it's not broke right now. So I'm not messing with a good running Onan.As to putting out a substitution list of other brands of plugs. Every parts store can refer from a Champion plug. That list would be very long. And a parts store can refer to the brands that they have on hand. Some parts need a list of many name brands. I don't see spark plugs as one of those.Bob Dunahugh GMCMI Member
