Like Armand, I had less than good experiences with Cooper and Firestone before switching to 16" aluminum wheels. I have had really great experience with Toyo and BF Goodrich Commercial TA. I now run only the Commercial TA on both the Royale and the Clasco. Nice ride, good balance, handle well and wear very well in our application. They are available most anywhere which is a great advantage to us since we travel far and wide.

> I called it a blowout. It happened less than 24 hours after I finished installing a new engine and transmission and was on the way to the GMCMI rally in DuQuoin. When I heard the very loud bang, the first thought was I had blown up my new engine. I was relieved that it was only a tire that had blown up and not the motor.

That is definitely not a separation. I have had separations on a Cooper tire and a Michelin and when they took the Michelins that did not separate off the coach all of them except one had wire protruding through the tread in one or more places. I will not buy Michelins again - maybe BF Goodrich Commercial T/A's next time.
