The "Manny Brakes Caution" thread has lead to several other topics and
should now be called "options needed for rear suspension and Braking" I'm
not trying rob the thread but have been keenly interested in the content.
It started with knowing what your coach has for spindles and such.
Regardless of the system upgrade you choose, MANNY or DRUM/DRUM, they were
both developed for a stock rear suspension and braking setup. Manny knows
the problem well just ask him!

Folks recently expressed interest in a R/A system that incorporates Disc
and Drum on the rears.
Please see http://www.appliedgmc.com/prod.itml/icOid/1510

Jim K has this system fitted on his Test coach in Fremont With a single
cable to the rear Drum for the Parking Brake. Early, "On the flat" PB
testing held the Coach with the throttle at 2500 RPM. The Disc on the
intermediate performance was as expected.

The request that a system to add a reaction arm to the Harrison system has
been worked on here in Florida as well a reaction arm system for the GM
Eldorado rear disc system. The Modular nature of the system that I
developed with Jim K at Applied lends itself to adapting the Drum/Drum kit
to these previous upgrades that did not come with Reaction Arms.

Jim and I need a good count on those folks that would have an interest in a
kit that would use existing Rotors and Calipers and Caliper holding plates.
The cost would be in addition to the Drum/Drum system that retails for
just under $1000.00 A guess for the GM Eldorado kit would be in the realm
of an additional $200. The Harrison kit will take more like $350 to $400.
The Harrison kit May require that you send me your Caliper holding details
for modification. Or if I could get some extra Harrison Caliper holding
Bracket I could have them available for exchange. Any Donors?

Please Note: Both of these upgrades use the larger GMIII caliper like we
use on the front Wheels.

Maybe Stick will see this and offer to LOAN you his leftover hardware for you to use to protoype a Harrison reaction arm retrofit kit.

If Stick is willing to sell it reasonably, and Jimmy and Tom are willing to resume development on the project, I'd buy Stick's Harrison and loan it to them for as long as they need it. JWID
