It would be easy to make this sound like a mutual admiration society (which it really is! ), but I would encourage any of you with a running coach to make joining some portion of this cross country rally your highest summer travel priority. A day, a week or whatever will change forever how you and your travel partner look at your GMC time together. We had the pleasure of joining the first part of their Maritime Province trip a couple of years ago and it was gangbusters. Everything from an impromptu concert on the lawn in a farmers field that featured four generations of that farmer's family to struggling through getting a disabled GMC up an impossibly steep road and into an Rv park with a to die for view of the Canadian Rockies. And that was just a micro view of just the part of the trip west of the continental divide where we left the group.

When we did the maritime's ourselves a couple of years earlier we hit a number of the auto museums on our way back. They should be on every gear head's bucket list along with the Corning glass museum that will thrill everyone in your coach.

We plan to join them at Pheasant Ridge RV park just south of Portland, OR for the kickoff rally. Hope you all can make some portion of this adventure as well!

Oh, and one more thing. Remember that on the last of their cross country rallies Jim Hupy and Judy Countermine came home thinking that was so much fun together they might just as well get married! Love GMC style......

One of our pleasant experiences so far in our life (not over yet) has been
meeting both of you and enjoy reading and seeing the posted pictures of
your travels.
As you know we are about to embark on a Cascaders Rolling Rally from
Wilsonville, Or to Detroit while taking in several Auto Museums then to
Chicago to start Route 66. I plan on taking pics and writing about the
trip and wondered if I were to set up a separate Blog for this. Any kind
words - comments.
We arte working on the fine details of all our proposed stops - campsites -
museums and dates that will be made available sooooooon.
Anyone out there is GMC Land is welcome to join us - Host us - Feed Us -
They can contact myself at dwayne.jacobson@gmail.com
THis is a trip many have said they have on their bucket list - why not do
it with us. \We have a great time rolling along.

Best regards
Dwayne and Sharon Jacobson
