My 75 Palm Beach has seatbelt mounting points in the step area for use in the dinette (just behind the passenger seat on the vertical step riser), and also mounting points on the driver's side by the lower bunk /couch along the wall. They are all attached through aluminum body stringers, so I imagine you could try to replicate this in other areas as well.
Obviously, other spots may not have been engineered for the attachments, so you would be on your own to determine the feasibility. I don't remember seeing any attachment points in the rear bunk area, and the structure there may not support the belts properly.

Chris,
One of the reasons we encourage list members to have a sigfile that indicates what the coach is along with a real name and a geographic reference is just so that any adviser might be aware of the issues.
To answer about the front, we need to know the upfitter and the floor plan. There may be anchors there already.
If by rear dinette, you mean the back area with seats and maybe a table. We are still stuck with needed to know the upfitter. On my coach I was able to locate structure that I believed to be sound on the left (starboard) side in the frame work over the propane tank. On the right (port) side, the APU box was plywood and the access to the body framing was limited. So, I added structure in that area.
Now, if you are terrified of being in an accident and getting you butt sued, don't add seat belts unless you can use the OE mounting features. If you want to add belts to A: keep kids in place under most foreseeable conditions, B: to allow you to carry more bodies than you currently can without having problems with LEOs for not having everybody in a belt. Just find something solid to run a fastener into (or add a big piece of something). There are no LEO that I know that could effectively understand what strength is required in a seat belt anchor.

I was looking in an older vehicle that the owner had paid to have seat belts added in the rear seats. The added seatbelts were each secured to the seat frame with single nylon cable tie. I showed the owner. He was not amused.

Thanks for the response and info. Is there a setting in the list options to
add the sig file? I may have missed it when I setup the account.
I have a 1973 Sequoia. I think the original floorplan was probably 26-10,
but both of the Davo's have been removed and replaced with two twin size
beds/benches. It has the rear dinette as shown in the floor plan.

If you are using email to access the GMCnet, which it appears that you are, then the signature file is between you and your email program. There are at least 1/2 dozen common email programs out there and most are different from each other.
If you are using the GMCnet forum then go to your profile and you will see the place to add the signature file. It is located here:
http://gmc.mybirdfeeder.net/GMCforum/index.php?t=register
or click on "control panel" and then "account settings".
In the top of the third category (preferences) is where you add your signature. Do not forget to enter your password in the second block from the top and click on "update" at the bottom of the page when you have finished.
