I am trying to respond to two GMC owneres through my email a online.no account(One of the larger ones in Norway)
Both persons do use a bellsouth.net account and I got my emails in return, it looks like this :

What is the problem here ? when I send a mail from my G-mail account there is no problems at all (but it is a hassle to use and I do not like it)

Are you using the default outgoing smtp server of online.no? If yes,
talk to online.no support and ask them, why their IP range might have
been blacklisted by AT&T.

Yes. Somebody on that server got caught for sending too much SPAM so that node has been blacklisted / blocked. I fought a problem like that with a Canadian mail server refusing to accept any email from my email provider. I finally had to telephone the place in Ontario and get them to remove the block. Also my present email provider blocked all email from Gmail for about a year and a half. They have loosened up a bit now but occasionally I have to notify them that a specific email address is OK to pass.
Good luck getting it fixed. You are probably going to have to send mail to Bell South from your gmail id.

Espen,
I have had similar problems when sending emails to anyone with any Bell account from my Australian iinet address. By that I mean any
of the divisions of Bell not just Bell South. I also have had the same problems with Comcast.
I've tried to figger out why it happens but no luck, also they seem to come and go.

Your IP address has nothing to do with it - unless you are running your own SMTP server.
The blocked IP is that of your email provider. Your ".no" provider has been blacklisted for relaying spam and may or may not be cleared in the future.
