Yes it is early but spring is in the air in western europe
That got me to work outside with a project I was longing to do

The Onan is long gone and I have been looking at all this iron that was left behind.
So I pulled out the drawer, that must be a 100 pound!
The 4 bolts that holds it to the fram were tight, but loosened with a impact driver.
The frame behind was rusted, but not bad
a piece of marinegarde plywood and now I have this Laaarg batteri/toolbox

Appie before you throw the onan away, does it still have a good alu latch at the front cover ?

There was no Onan, just the slider- the 2 parts thats on the trailer Its all your if you want it

I have the entire front cover with 2 good latches on it. You're welcome to the latches or the whole cover for the cost of shipping.

No I think I am allright

I have 280 A/Hr of deepcycle batteries, a 70 A charger, solar panels charging 4A with a bit of sun, a windmill , a 3 way fridge, led lightning, no tv

I just wont be able to use the aircon while boondocking

Should be someone here that have a parts coach that can cut it out for you, there is a piece on the other side under the gas bottle, right ?

Nice pictures, I am on my way to take my 4000 onan out now, will give it a tune up, carbon clean, adjust the valves, new mounts and so on, then paint it and give it new decals, hopefully it will close to new Smile

If OLGA had come with a Onan I would have done the same
Now if ever I need one Iguess I will be better of with a modern portable honda
