I put new 16" steel wheel on our 78 Royale in 2003. The cost then was about $35 each. Most SS wheel covers fit both 16, and 16.5 wheels. At the time we bought the GMC. It had Master Kraft SS covers on the 16.5 wheels. So I just continued to use the covers. The wheels that I used where for GM 1 tons from 1982 to 1989 duallies. Thus had the correct offset, and hole center. Last year I got some American Eagles wheels from Jim K. Very nice wheels. And it is TRUE. The wheels I got from Jim K run more true than the steel rims.
