I ga-ron-tee that when I drained the Gunk (whether Hydroseal or normal) out of the bathtub and rinsed the parts off with a hot
shower EVERY bit of aluminum from that 305 Honda looked brand new like it just came out of the molds.

That was probably regular Gunk. nHydroseal was a no foolin strong cleaner. We used it in heated agitated vats to clean flat motor
parts. You floated water on top of it to keep the fumes down, hence the 'hydroseal'. Only stuff that would cleany up VIO
(Helicopter engine) cylinder and head fins. It would make a block and heads look brand new and ready for paint.
