That was probably regular Gunk. nHydroseal was a no foolin strong cleaner. We used it in heated agitated vats to clean flat motor parts. You floated water on top of it to keep the fumes down, hence the 'hydroseal'. Only stuff that would cleany up VIO (Helicopter engine) cylinder and head fins. It would make a block and heads look brand new and ready for paint.

Thanks! You got the grey matter between my ears to flash and I remembered that's the stuff I used to clean the motorcycle engine
that took all the skin off my hands because I didn't wear gloves!
