Anyone going to Bean Station who has installed one of the reaction arm systems for drums as provided by JimK?  I just ordered shoes and hardware, I have on hand the arm kit, new wheel cylinders, and a new valve.  I propose to do mine and likely Stick's... and it sure would be nice to have a guru wander by every now and again and say "DON'T DO THAT!!!!" just before I screw something up.

Matt Colie and Tom Prior installed a set at Bean station.
I'm sure we can do one again as there has been some changes done to make it
easier to install them.
Tom spent a week here doing tests on the units.
I took Tom for a quick ride on my 540 Cad, he was more then impressed, but
blew a head gasket as the machine shop did not torque the head properly.
I run studs in the block, so the engine need to come out for me to do the
head work.

Given the very comprehensive directions and pictures, even I ought to have no problems.  But, belt and suspenders.....

Johnny,

While I didn't directly participate in the installation on Matt's coach, I
was working on a Manny Brake installation right beside them and tried to
observe. And I saw Tom's first prototype long before that operation. So,
perhaps I can be of some assistance, though I can't imagine your having any
problem. It's a pretty straight-forward design and installation. I
probably won't be doing much wrenching though, because I've already
committed to help with a 1-Ton installation.

Johnny and all - just to be clear, my reaction arm is the Manny type with disc brakes. I'd like to get some help with it, if possible. I need to get it out of Ken Henderson's shop.
