Currently on Ebay - TZE336V100904 - Not mine.

This is the third one of these I've seen online. At one point there was speculation that this floorplan was a one-off, but three is a lot for a one-off. I wonder how many were built?

Edit: Original Ebay Links dead, replaced with GMC Photos links. Here is the floorplan:

HEY! That's got the left rear access door that I recently mentioned as
apparently unique to mine!

First time I've seen that floorplan. Who fitted it out? The woodwork
appears to be of much better quality than Coachmen's.

The cabinets have been refinished and the countertop replaced. The cabinet doors and drawer fronts were replaced, and the beverage center was tastefully re-done to reclaim some counter space. It was definitely a nice refinish, I like the lighter cabinets.

But that is a coachmen setup. There have been two others on the web with the original butcher block laminate counter in a reverse pattern.

This one sold last year on ebay. TZE33BV100987. Sold in Defuniak Springs, Florida on eBay. I archived the page, but only three of the photos saved larger than thumbnail sized. Funky paint job, but the interior looked like it had been redone tastefully:

For those who are interested in Birch Mystery/trivia: Found another couple online. First one is 83 numbers off the one posted above. - How many of these are there?

This one looks like it sold for 10,300 back in January. TZE336v100904 - any info on this in the registry?

The more I look at that floorplan, the more I want one. The rear full drybath is starting to look good, and having to make up the couch/bed everyday instead of sleeping on top of the Onan is not looking so bad either.

Had the 23' I almost bought before I bought the Kingsley had that, I might have bought it instead...

I'm thinking seriously about the rear twin setup if an interior remodel is ever in the cards:

http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/data/6526/medium/RearBathBirchtwin.jpg
http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/data/6526/medium/RearBathBirchtwin.jpg

A table between the two front seats could serve as the dinette, making it a tidy package for two. Putting the kitchen near the door makes those picnic table dinners easier, as well as fetching the cold beverage from the fridge.

The Fridge would have to be moved to the area where the refreshment bar is, but there is no window there in a rear bath, so it would be doable, if challenging. The plus side is locating the fridge over the furnace and water heater makes propane line routing a little simpler.

Yeah, the original 23 that I looked at was similar but with a side bath and the gauchos in the back If I recall. Not sure.

This makes perfect sense, as then you just roll out a sleeping bag at night, and it can be used by two people who normally *DO NOT* share a bed, like hunting buddies or something.

Yeah, it's either a 23 like this in my distant future or a converted MTA type transit bus...
