Just came to mind: Last fall, [last time we had the 76 Glenbrook out],
we stopped at a Cracker Barrel in central Penn.
Parked next to a clean GMC with Ontario plates
Met the owner whom I believe said he was neither lurking nor active on
the blog.
Anyways he is a guy we need to be familiar with
He is: Harold McQueen
[613] 475-4257, Brighton, Ont; is famous for restoring old car
radios, usually by replacing the guts with modern day electronics.
He is active in the Heritage group, mostly Canadian owners.
He has a web site and is active in antique auto circles.
Good source for us. Business card boasts 'thousands in stock'

Hi George,
Good post.. I did some research but could not find a site for him.. The Automobile Radio Emporium". His name is Harold Macqueen. Phone 613 475 4257. in Brighton.
However, Mr. McQueen is now 77 and who knows how much longer he will be in business so I looked up some alternatives in Canada and came up with this.
http://www.westernwireless.ca/ in B.C.
http://www.woodradios.com/ Now called Vintage Auto Sound, Vancouver area.
The last sight did present a warning though for those of you that want to keep your vehicles classic that the insurance companies will not approve of a modern sound system from the U.S. but please read the letter on the website for more details.
