Seller texted me that the owner pulled it out of a '74. If that's the case, assuming all parts are correct, it must be a late '74 judging by presence of the HEI. It's at least a '73 judging from the EGR, but he didn't get me a carb number, nor was able to verify if it was a dual or single (making it a 425 and not a 500) plane intake. If it's a mutt, it's anybody's guess short of a close inspection. Btw, an "S" block casting by the distributor was shared by both the 500 and 425, so that alone won't verify displacement (T means it's a 472 IIRC).
