G'day,
I just wanted to mention that Chuck Boyd is going in for surgery tomorrow to have the aneurism removed.
In keeping with MY new policy of not offending anyone that's all I'll say.
Take whatever action you deem appropriate.
Regards,
Rob M.

I have been communication with Chuck and he seems pretty up beat. He had 18 people over for Christmas so he is hardly sitting still. I feel confident that he will come out of the this with colors flying.
Chuck,
Laurie and I are praying for you.

Chuck will not sit still until he leaves for the Last Great Rally. Marilyn and I are pulling for Chuck's successful recovery. We expect he will be up and at them for Bean Station.

Great news. Thank you for the update.
As I recall, "light duty" for Chuck means only brakes and bearings, no engine or transmission swaps.

It's 10:35 Friday night in Knoxville and I just got off the phone with Chuck and he says the Doc patched him up real good. He's in the hospital for a day or so then on bed rest at home for bit followed by light duty. After that he'll be back good as gold. He'll check in with us when he gets home.

Wow...glad he's recovering...when my Dad went to the docs they fixed his lungs and killed his brain with a blood clot.
I don't want to be the last person to get help from Chuck. I just got a torsion bar from him.
Does anybody know what his symptoms were? Like maybe sudden onset of tinnitus or morning headache with no libation the night before?
