Just a thought ,haven't seen this in a long time but...broken &/or separated belt in one (or more) tire(s)?? I have seen this when trucks would sit in barns and such usually and were used only in the warm months (New England) With all this input we'll keep you busy for awhile! Just hope that you'll find the solution ASAP and it's an easy fix (on the wallet & yourself!)
