This may show my stupidity.

I have been running near full on my PM storage. I have been deleting unneeded inbox and sent messages for months and I was still running above 95%. Today I hit 97% and decided I need to do something. There is a function that allows downloading and saving them but I did not want to save unneeded old messages. Today I noticed a trash folder and looked in it. There were messages dated all the way back to 2007.

I never realized that my deleting of messages was sending them to a trash folder. Emptying the trash took my storage use down to the 15% level.

It was an operator error on my part.

Empty your trash.
